Mini Service Tech
David’s love for cars started when he was 16 and got his first car, a 1996 Acura Integra. He began modifying it with bolt-on parts but always remembers having to pay a local shop to install them. At 18 and at the encouragement of his best friend, he attended the Wyoming Technical Institute. After 9 months at tech school he began working at Carmax where he learned the trade of auto mechanics. After 2 years at Pep Boys, he began working at MINI of Louisville where he worked for 6 years and even met his wife. After a few more years at the MINI dealership and time spent at the BMW dealership, he joined the team at MJI as a MINI service technician. When he’s not working, David loves to spend time with his wife, 3 beautiful children and their 2 dogs.
Dan grew up in Central New Jersey, where his father taught him all about cars. After graduating vocational school, he started working for Goodyear. He spends his off days with his 2 boys and enjoying boats, motorcycles and drag racing. He is well known in the Pro Street scene in Louisville, often showing up to local meets in his ’57 Chevy on slicks. He spent 18 years working at the BMW dealer before joining the MJI team as a master technician.
Andrew is from northern Indiana. He got interested in cars at a young age and was going to become a technician but found his niche in managing. He had his first opportunity at 19 as the store manager at Advance Auto Parts, and has been managing for 17 years in many different roles. He is a family man who enjoys spending time with his wife and five kids. Andrew is heavily involved in his local church and his faith in Christ is a big reason he landed at Mike Johns Imports. Our level of integrity and how we go to business matches his core values. He is proud to represent Mike Johns Imports as the manager.
Brad started working on cars after school during his sophomore year of high school. He went on to Wyoming Technical Institute and after graduating was invited to attend the BMW STEP Program in Orlando, FL. He also worked at Louisville Fine Motor Cars Service for 7 years before coming to MJ Imports in 2019. Outside of work he enjoys fishing, hunting, racing, and spending time with friends and family, including his wife and two children.
