Brad McBride
Shop Foreman – Master Technician
Brad started working on cars after school during his sophomore year of high school. He went on to Wyoming Technical Institute and after graduating was invited to attend the BMW STEP Program in Orlando, FL. This led to an entry level technician job at Sam Swope BMW, where he was a technician for 13 years. He also worked at Louisville Fine Motor Cars Service for 7 years before coming to Mike Johns Imports in 2019. Outside of work he enjoys fishing, hunting, racing, and spending time with friends and family, including his wife and two children.
Alex Baki
General Manager
As Service Manager at Mike Johns Imports, Alex Baki combines 10+ years of experience with a true passion for vehicles. He’s worked extensively with BMW, MINI, and Land Rover, along with a wide variety of other models, and he takes pride in giving customers a transparent, accurate assessment of what their vehicle needs. When he’s not at the shop, Alex is usually around motorcycles—especially Euro bikes—staying in shape, or planning his next trip.
Dan Pagniozzi
Master Technician
Dan grew up in Central New Jersey, where his father taught him all about cars. After graduating vocational school, he started working for Goodyear. He spends his off days with his 2 boys and enjoying boats, motorcycles and drag racing. He is well known in the Pro Street scene in Louisville, often showing up to local meets in his built ’57 Chevy. He spent 18 years working at the BMW dealer before joining the MJI team as a master technician.
Mazin Abdullah
Mercedes Benz / BMW / Mini Cooper Technician
From a young age, he has always been drawn to understanding how things work, often taking apart and modifying his toys. That curiosity evolved into a passion for automotive repair, where he excels at diagnosing and solving complex vehicle issues. In his free time, he enjoys watching soccer and playing video games with friends.
Jacob Young
Alfa Romeo / Audi / Ferrari / Maserati / Porsche Technician
He graduated top of class at Prosser Automotive in 2022. Worked at Bluegrass Porsche from 2021-2023 as a Porsche, Alfa Romeo, and Maserati technician. He then got the opportunity to move to Orlando Florida and worked on Ferrari, Maserati, and Alfa Romeo and became a Master Level Technician for Maserati and Alfa Romeo at Ferrari of Central Florida. Recently he has moved back where he plans on setting roots. In his free time I enjoy going to the gym and working on his 1953 Ford F100.
Erik Rued
Head of Sales
Erik Rued brings over a decade of experience in the automotive industry to our team. Of Scandinavian descent and originally from the Midwest, Erik now lives in Elizabethtown, Kentucky with his fiancée and their dog Ares—a charming cocker spaniel ironically named after the Greek god of war. When he’s not helping customers navigate their automotive service needs, Erik can usually be found out on the open road. He and his fiancée are avid motorcycle enthusiasts, owning and riding several bikes together. Erik’s current dream ride? The Aprilia RSV4.
Dakota Shelton
Parts Manager
Dakota Shelton, from Elizabethtown, KY, has a strong background in automotive work, built through years of hands-on experience and formal vocational training. He began working on cars at a young age alongside his father, building and racing drag cars. A passionate motorcycle enthusiast especially for Harley-Davidsons. Dakota prefers to spend time on 2 wheels in his free time.
Adam Giles
Technician
With over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry, Adam Giles is a familiar face at Mike Johns Imports and we are excited to welcome him back home and to the team. Adam brings extensive knowledge and expertise gained from a long tenure with BMW as a service advisor and parts manager.
A dedicated automotive enthusiast both inside and outside the shop, Adam is passionate about motorcycles, performance vehicles, and the BMW brand. His experience, attention to detail, and commitment to quality workmanship make him a valuable asset to our team and a trusted technician for our clients.
Brandie Sanders
Receptionist & Front Desk Coordinator
Brandie Sanders is often the first friendly face our customers see when they walk through the door. With previous experience working for both BMW and Volvo dealerships, she brings valuable automotive industry knowledge and a strong commitment to customer service to the Mike Johns Imports team.
Known for her caring personality and genuine love of connecting with people, Brandie takes pride in creating a welcoming experience for every customer. Whether assisting with scheduling, answering questions, or helping coordinate the service process, she is dedicated to ensuring each visit is smooth, comfortable, and professional.

Technician
Q Salter has been working in the automotive industry for over six years, turning a lifelong passion for cars into a rewarding career. His love for automobiles began at a young age and continues to drive his commitment to learning, improving, and delivering quality workmanship every day.
An avid Audi enthusiast, Q enjoys working with European vehicles and takes pride in providing thorough, reliable service for every customer. His attention to detail, strong work ethic, and dedication to the automotive craft make him a valued member of the Mike Johns Imports team.

Brandon Whitcomb
Lead Disgnostician
Brandon is our Lead Diagnostician at Mike Johns Imports, specializing in everything from exotic performance vehicles to everyday drivers. With extensive hands-on experience and factory training as a BMW dealership technician, he has built a reputation for solving the problems others can't. Whether it's a complex electrical issue, an elusive drivability concern, or an advanced diagnostic challenge, Brandon's methodical approach and technical expertise help ensure every vehicle receives an accurate diagnosis and the highest level of care.
Caden Russ
Detail Specialist
Caden is our detail specialist at Mike Johns Imports with a true passion for automotive excellence. A lifelong enthusiast of Italian and German performance cars, he's especially drawn to Ferrari, Porsche, and BMW. When he's not perfecting vehicles, you'll find him following Formula 1 and endurance racing, including the legendary 24 Hours of Le Mans. His deep appreciation for automotive history, engineering, and car culture shines through in every vehicle he works on, ensuring each one receives the care and attention it deserves.
Bucee
Shop Dog
Bucee is the official Shop Dog and self-appointed Chief Morale Officer (CMO) at Mike Johns Imports. As a silver Labrador Retriever, he takes his responsibilities very seriously—especially greeting customers, supervising technicians, and inspecting any snacks that may enter the building.
With years of experience boosting morale and keeping the team entertained, Bucee can often be found making his rounds through the shop, accepting belly rubs, and ensuring everyone maintains a healthy work-life balance. While he has yet to earn any automotive certifications, he remains highly skilled in nap management, treat acquisition, and quality control of office snacks.
Customers and staff alike agree that Bucee is an essential part of the Mike Johns Imports team, bringing a smile to everyone's face and reminding us that every great shop needs a good dog.
