Over and above!! The customer service experience is waaay above any other garage I’ve ever been to. I dropped my car off right at closing and Sam offered to give me a ride home. I had multiple repairs and they turned it around in 1 day. On pickup, when I asked them about crediting my points I accrued last year (a program they no longer offer), instead of dismissing me with the excuse of “that program ended 2 months ago” Sam calculated what would have been my discount and refunded it back! I just can’t say enough good things about Mike Johns imports in Lou. Also, so glad they opened the Lou location. So much more convenient.
