Adam is a father, BMW enthusiast, BMW Service Expert, and BMW Parts Expert. He attends several BMW related events every year, including Sharkfest. Sharkfest is an event that is centered around the classic BMW e24 6 series chassis, where, in 2014, he won the Crusty Award. He has been at MJI since 2012, where he began as a Service Advisor. He has proven his dedication to customer service and is now the Service Manager where he leads the team with fairness, honesty, and communication.
Robert joined the team in 2014 in the parts department of MJI. He was quickly promoted to service writer after showing he had what it takes to service our clients. He enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing and spending time with his family.
John is a BMW Master Technician. He felt compelled to get into the industry because he could not find a trustworthy source who could properly repair his vehicles. In 1999, he began working in the industry and has worked at a BMW dealership for 11 years. He walked away from the dealership, and their poor customer service policies, and came over to MJI in 2015. When not at work, John enjoys outdoor motorsports, making music with his band, and spending time with his family.
Bruce Tran aka. B-Ruce
Bruce started as a teenager working on cars with his father in Chicago area. He attended UTI in Glendale Heights, IL and majored in auto and diesel Technology. He was accepted into the BMW STEP program in Orlando FL. After graduation, he accepted a position with BMW of Louisville and became a Level 1 Master tech. He enjoys racing in the 24 hours of Lemons and playing golf. Customers enjoy his high-quality work and his teammates enjoy working with him every day at MJI.
Aaron enlisted in the Army in 2000 where he was assigned to Motor pool. His first car was a 1989 Nissan Maxima. He did a few suspension mods and was hooked on working on cars. He became a MINI enthusiast in 2008 when he transformed his R53 into an all-out racer. In 2009 he accepted a position with Mini of Louisville as a shop foreman where he received all available training with MINI NA. He resided there until accepting a position with MJI as a BMW tech. He has continued his education with us here at MJI and has become a BMW and MINI Cooper master tech. He is well-known and admired throughout the local motoring community. Known as “The Professor” his willingness to help customers and treat them like a family has redefined the mechanic/customer relationship.
Dan grew up in Central New Jersey, where is father taught him about cars. After graduation from vocational school he went to work for Goodyear. Boats, motorcycles, and drag racing along with spending time with his 2 boys fill his days. He is well known in the Pro Street scene in Louisville showing up to local meets in his 57 Chevy on slicks. He spent 18 years at the BMW dealer before joining the team at MJI.
Bryan grew up on a small farm in Southern Indiana and was immersed in the repair of farm equipment and automobiles at an early age. At 15 he built his first custom vehicle, a 69 Chevy pickup truck. Bryan attended college at Indiana State University, where he trained in automotive technology. In 1999, he transferred to Universal Tech in Phoenix, AZ where he earned an Associate’s of Applied Science in Automotive and Diesel Technology. Upon graduation, he was accepted into the BMW STEP Program, an elite group of students who would dedicate 10 months to intensive BMW factory level training. He apprenticed at the dealership where he became a BMW Level 1 Tech. In 2008, he started his own shop, Monkey Wrenches, with the intent to take over MJI as the owner President. In August 2011, he took over operations at MJI.
